These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and SEO services provided by RankPro SEO LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operating under the brand name RankPro SEO Agency. By purchasing our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at rankpro.agency or purchasing any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

RankPro SEO Agency provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy and implementation
  • On-page and technical SEO optimization
  • Backlink building and digital PR outreach
  • Keyword research and content strategy
  • SEO reporting and analytics
  • Local SEO optimization

All services are provided as described in the selected pricing plan at the time of purchase.

3. Service Plans & Billing

3.1 Monthly Subscription

Our SEO services are offered on a month-to-month subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the next billing date. You will be charged the applicable plan price on the same calendar day each month.

3.2 Payment

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your PayPal account or linked payment method. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@rankpro.agency before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of service, you may request a full refund. Please review our full Refund Policy for eligibility requirements and the request process.

5. Client Obligations

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information, website access credentials, and any other materials requested
  • Grant reasonable access to your website and Google Search Console / Analytics accounts
  • Respond to communications from our team within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5 business days)
  • Ensure your website and business comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in any black-hat SEO tactics alongside our services

6. No Guarantee of Rankings

While we employ proven, best-practice SEO strategies and have a strong track record of results, we cannot and do not guarantee specific ranking positions on any search engine. Search engine algorithms are operated by third parties (such as Google) and change frequently. Any projections or estimates provided are based on historical data and are not binding guarantees.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, reports, and strategies we create on your behalf ("Deliverables") are considered work-for-hire and become your property upon full payment. Content on our website (including design, copy, and code) remains the intellectual property of RankPro SEO LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, website data, or strategies to any third party without your consent, except as required by law or to facilitate the delivery of our services (e.g., sharing data with trusted SEO tool providers).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RankPro SEO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services or website to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Promote illegal, harmful, or deceptive content or businesses
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Engage in spamming, phishing, or other malicious activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately and without refund if you breach this section.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services with immediate effect if you breach these Terms, fail to make payment, or engage in conduct detrimental to our business or reputation. You may cancel at any time as described in Section 3.3.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
